FIBAA organization completed the institutional accreditation at Ton Duc Thang University

The on-site visit of FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) ended on the afternoon of December 15, 2023. This comprehensive evaluation of the system and activities of TDTU was completed after 3 official working days.

At the closing session of the evaluation, FIBAA Expert Panel reported the results of the overall evaluation and inspection of TDTU’s system and activities. They highly appreciated the modern facilities, TDTU’s reputation with employers, and the educational programs which are built according to international orientation in a synchronous manner. Experts say that TDTU has good quality teaching staff and is dedicated to helping students. In addition, students have good English skills and are fully trained with skills from soft skills to information technology skills, according to international standards and ensure objectivity, dynamism and constantly update changes to comply with the criteria of “learner-centered”.

In addition, FIBAA Expert Panel also pointed out some points that need attention in the future to help the University improve its system and activities better. TDTU needs to update them according to the needs of society, and contribute to helping TDTU develop towards a research university. On behalf of FIBAA and the expert panel, Ms. Viktoria Dermanowski - FIBAA Project Manager, representative of the FIBAA’s Expert Panel, sent her thanks to the Presidential Board, leaders, lecturers, staff and students of TDTU, especially the departments and divisions who enthusiastically and thoughtfully welcomed and participated in this evaluation. She hoped that the comments and assessments of the FIBAA Expert Panel will contribute to helping the university develop better and bring greater value to learners.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Tran Trong Dao - TDTU President sent his sincere thanks to the FIBAA Expert Panel, the FIBAA Committee and Secretariat for working seriously during the 3 days of the evaluation to directly assess TDTU’s system and activities. The comments and suggestions of the Expert Panel will be the basis to help the University properly recognize the strengths and weaknesses to improve the its quality.
