Event Internship “Enjoy A Fresh Summer With SWAT”

With the aim of combining the theory and practice, developing professional skills in the workplace, Ton Duc Thang College (TDTC) in collaboration with Clean House Production Trading Co., Ltd. (Clean House) provided English students with the opportunity of managing the event “Enjoy A Fresh Summer With SWAT.” It is the cooperation and the partnership between school and business that prepares students for work. The enterprise can publicize their brand and recruit high-quality workforce as well. It is therefore the cooperation for the sake of mutual benefit.

The event management helped the students get an overview of a product promotion which aims to deliver a specific message and attract the attention of the participants. It is vital for the students to determine the phases of the event management: initiation, implementation, closure, and obligation fulfillment. In order to create an event designed to fulfill their client’s objectives, the students learnt how to collect ideas and resources to make the most elaborate preparations, set clear objectives, and visualize a successful event.

Furthermore, thanks to this event management, the students could shape their future career paths; and equip themselves with relevant knowdge and working under pressure skills, teamwork, planning and implementation.
