Career Module in The Work Place - ACT Telecommunication JSC

With the aim of enhancing the education quality, as well as providing students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills  in a real life working environment, from December to January 2020, Ton Duc Thang College (TDTC) cooperated with ACT Telecommunication JSC (ACT) to offer Network Administration students onsite training to improve job-related skills including:

• Installing camera for businesses and households.
• Examining GPON.
• Installing terminal equipment.
• Accessing the operating procedure of Viettel telecommunications shelter.
• Handling troubleshooting.

This career development module assisted the students to gain a lot of employability skills such as teamwork, communication, troubleshooting, operating, …; and, more importantly, shape their career paths, get relevant experience for graduation internship modules and future jobs.

Students were practising to operate and supervise

The school-enterprise cooperation has been continuously expanded in scope and depth. And 100 percent of students introduced to relevant jobs by TDTC or recruited by partner enterprises have got stable, high paying jobs so far.

ACT is committed to recruiting all students participating this career module and graduation internship with the starting salary of over VND 10.000.000 per month after they graduate.
