TDTC Freshers’ Day 2019

Every year at Ton Duc Thang College (TDTC), the beginning of a new academic year comes with a special celebration: TDTC Freshers’ Day, and this year is no exception. This memorable event creates an exciting and colorful atsmosphere, connecting freshmen with the lecturers, the staff, the juniors and the seniors.

The Freshers’ Day is a warm and loving welcome sent to new students by all lecturers and previous years’ students. With many joyful activities, such as the TDTC Fair and the outdoor games, the Freshers’ Day truly carved an unforgettable memory in the heart of every TDTC student which will follow them from the first to the very last days during their time at TDTC.

With the participation of nearly 20 teams (each consists of 6 to 12 energetic students), the series of physical team building games is a fun way for the freshmen to familiarize themselves with their new “second home”, and also a chance for them to bond with their classmates. Thanks to their energy and teamwork effort, all the students successfully conquered various challenges together in the most impressive way.

The grand finale of the day is the flashmob dance performance and the most special “ritual” of the day: TDTC color powder rain. Ultimately, TDTC Freshers’ Day helped the students understand more about the school’s activities and traditions, marking an important milestone in their forthcoming student days at TDTC.
