Happy Full-Moon festival for poor children in Binh Phuoc province

Mid-Autumn Festival is a Children’s festival filled with colorful lanterns, traditional games, and delicious mooncakes celebrated across Viet Nam. Unfortunately, many remote areas have yet to experience this magical festival, and Bu Dang, a district of Binh Phuoc Province, is one of them.

For that reason, on September 7th, the Youth Union of Ton Duc Thang College organized a special Mid-Autumn celebration for poor children in Bu Dang

Packed with many team-building games and various gifts, the Mid-Autumn Festival was full of cheerings and laughters from the happy children, creating a joyful atmosphere.

Another highlight of the celebration was the adorable singing and dancing performances of the children of Dang Ha commune, along with the outstanding hip hop dance performed by the union between TDTC students and members of the Cultural House of Youth

As part of the festival, 800 bags of gifts were given to disadvantaged children, 50 special gifts for 50 studious pupils, as well as many other gift items donated by the college and generous sponsors, bringing great joy and happiness to the children living in this distant region. Hopefully, this memorable Mid-Autumn Festival will motivate the children in their new 2019 – 2020 school year.
